Chocolate crinkle cookies

What you will need:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 225g of dark chocolate bar
1 ½ cup All purpose flour
2 tsps baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar.

How to:

  1. Melt the chocolate bars and the butter in a double boiler or the microwave, checking after every 20secs apart. Let it rest to cool.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and then add the cooled chocolate and butter to for a dough.
  3. Cover with a cling film right at the top of the dough and place it in the fridge for 2 hour.
  4. Shape into balls after you remove the dough form the fridge using a 1 tbsp size .
  5. Bake in a 175 /180 degree oven for 8 -10 mins
